I do describe all books as accurately as I am able, and do try to list all significant faults or damage.
I do use some abbreviations (for example, VG for very good), and I do use the commonly accepted standard grades for condition - Good / Very Good / Fine etc.
I try to be conservative in my gradings, as I'd rather lose a sale than have a disappointed customer.
I try always to note inscriptions, bookplates etc, but may - especially if the book is graded Good - not consider slight browning, corner bumping, previous owner's names etc. serious enough to mention.+++ if in doubt, please do ask before you order.
